Aleisha's expertise spans multiple specialties, including accounting, taxation, audit and assurance, and corporate finance. Aleisha is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ), and she holds a practicing certificate. With over 12 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and advisory services, she has worked across various industries, including not-for-profit organizations, manufacturing, distribution, and the public sector.

 

During her nine-year tenure at Baker Tilly Jamaica, Aleisha held various positions, including Audit Manager. In this role, she successfully led the implementation of audit methodologies and conducted staff training to enhance operational efficiency and professional development.
